Q: I found an item I like but it's too big to take home today. Can I still buy it?
A: Yes. For the convenience of our customers, we will place a sold tag on your purchase and keep it in the store for up to 7 calendar days. If you do not pick up your purchase, we will consider it a donation back to the store and make it available to be sold again.
Q: Can I place an item on hold or layaway?
A: The ReStore does not put any items on hold or layaway.
Q: Will you make me a better deal on pricing?
A: Habitat ReStore has a built in discount policy on most items. Every 30 days the price goes down 25% until it is 75% off. Because of this, we maintain a No Bargaining policy.
The ReStore Manager may adjust prices at their discretion in the event of special sales, product damage, or overstock.
Q: Where does the money from the sales go?
